So today, instead of packing for the Florida trip, I decided to go into the garage and work a little. I've been really bad about doing anything lately, especially with the mild weather we've been having. Today I started the dis-assembly of the front end. The fenders are getting donated to a buddy and the rest is going with the garbage man.
Since I put the car on jackstands last week it was pretty easy unbolting everything. Only the fender is going to stick around the garage past tomorrow. Hope they don't think Im running a chop-shop with all the fenders/hoods/bumpers laying on the street, hehehe.

So nothing has been really happening with the car. There is some kind of electrical gremlin that keeps draining the battery, but I believe its due to the way I wired up the turbo timer and my speedo stopped working :(
With the cold front that moved in this week, I didn't really plan anything as far as work, but a crazy deal came up for overfenders, so I went 200mi away to pick them up. The guy was real nice, but they weren't perfect so I ended up getting a lot more than I was expecting - full kit for the fastback. I didn't really have time to check fitement on it, but it was free, so I can work with it. I also got some carbon fibre light covers, but they need a little work with the mounting tabs that are broken. All in all not a bad deal. The trip was cool, except for 15 miles around his place, where the roads weren't plowed very well and average speed was 20-25mph.
