Over the weekend, at the JGTCA.com meet, I met a really cool guy who let me look at his motor all I wanted, take plenty of pics and bother him for most of the show. Got a few pointers on where stuff goes, and how to fabricate the throttle body bracket, etc.

Today I got some parts, and started to work on the heater hose situation. 2x 5/8-3/4 hose adapters, 90* 5/8, 1ft of 3/4, few hose clamps and an evening in the garage. Afterwards I filled up the radiator and waited, nope no leaks, I kept adding more coolant as the block burped itself for few minutes, than filled up the reservoir and called it a day. The fuel line I got was wrong - 3/8 vs 3/16!!! DOH!! I hate SAE crap. MM is easssy!!! Oh well, got to go back tommorow and get the right one.
I also talked to Gary and he can help me with the clutch line situation, so that I don't have to order a new one from Nissan.

Yesterday I was working on getting the clutch cylinder on, which I was replacing, but while trying to remove the hardline from the dampner box, I stripped the nut, so I will have to order a new line from Midway. Its no biggie, just some downtime, but I will be ordering the Z32 caliper hardware at the same time, so no biggie.

Lets see. First off, S14SE wheels will clear 30mm and 26mm Z32 brakes. So I am looking to get a set (another one) of those.
Than, my Z32 caliper shows up, as expeceted without hardware, but for 25bux for both sides its still pretty good. Will get one next week for the other side and some lines too ;)
Oh and finally I found a great spot for the oil filter to be mounted, so I spent rest of the night cutting the AN lines and putting in the fittings. Well it was more like going over and doing it in 30mins and than staying for hours and BSing around. Hehehehe
I was hoping to get some work done on the Ess1three, but I am glad to do this litte and have the oil filter situation resolved.

I spent a few hours in the garage last night doing as much as I could. And I did get a lot of stuff done and finished up.
I put in the SMIC and the coldpipe, installed the gauge pod on the A-pillar in the car, put on the bumper reinforcement back in, put on the bumper cover, although there are still a few nuts i got to put in that were hard to get to.
I need to look at more pictures of the oil filter relocation kit, and where have the others mounted it as its a pain to find a good spot for it. For now I might just go with a regular sentra filter, if I don't find a good spot.
Today I will put on the radiator hoses, fill up with coolant, check for leaks, and double check the PS fluid as I think there might be a leak somewhere on one of the hose clamps that aren't tightened.

So yesterday I got my exhaust completely installed. It took me about an hour to do, nothing hard once I had the right bolts and figured out how the exhaust mounts to the hangers. I also installed the tranny dust cover, which was a pain in the ass, as I tried to tap it into place. It kept falling out. After few minutes of fucking around with it, I just took the driveshaft and used it as a slide hammer to tap it in place. It went in after just 3 taps. :D
The only thing I need right now is the bolts that hold the driveshaft to the differencial. But they should be here on Monday/Tuesday, so no worries there.
Today I will try to concetrate on installing the
radiator hoses,
SMIC,
all the pipes for the turbo,
Oil Filter Relocation kit,
Engine Bay Wiring,
Gauge Pods,
Battery Wires,
putting on the bumper reinforcement back on and the bumper cover.
