The Flex A Lite sandwich adapter that I got from eBay turns out to be the wrong one. The guy send me PN3922, I bid on PN3924, but I really need PN3921. So I got option of getting the PN3924 for free or get my money back and still keep the PN3922. I don't know what to do. Will call Flex A Lite tomorrow to see if I can get the right thread size adapter. 3/4-16 and not the 13/16-16 that I thought it was (even tho my notes say 3/4).

The good news for the day is the Greddy oil pan. Got the new drain plug (12x1.75). Of course the Greddy didn't use the 1/8NPT for the sender, but some screwy thread size, so the NPT senders won't fit. Had to tap those too. My next choice was the 1/4 NPT sender from VDO. But the price is just shy of $20. I think if I use the 1/4 NPT to 1/8 NPT adapter that came with the Autometer gauge it COULD work. Worth a shot. Most important thing is that the pan is tapped, ready to be bolted on. Now I need a gasket. And the belts too. Big thanks go out to Lewe "The Machine Shop" and Gary "The encyclopedia" for helping me out. Those two probably forgot more about cars that I ever hope to learn.
